Novecento-Cafe

Novecento sprung from a decade-old Novecento in New York, which begat three in Argentina and another in Uruguay, homeland of chef Gabriel Medici, then the three in Miami. The food is basically Argentine, meaning you can surely get sweetbreads and steak, but with a sort of pan-Latin twist. Novecento features four steaks but no parrillada, or mixed grill, the Argentine trademark. Not to worry. You can try the medallones de lomo, grilled medallions of the best cut of beef, filet mignon in a dark and fruity Malbec wine reduction.
